Penthouse in the park

The challenge we had here was joining of two apartments with comparatively small rooms into one spacious and extremely tailor made space. To turn it into a seamless home.

From each of the premises, one can enjoy stunning views and instead of the feel of sudden separation, one would get the feel of seamlessness among all areas.

Mix of classics and Art Deco, combined with furniture and accessories of leading brands, Hereke silk handmade carpets, rare materials and natural marble is what makes this penthouse so glamorous.

The spacious master bedroom has a masculine and moody spirit and houses handsome two-sided fireplace, creating cozy atmosphere together with the cashmere curtains and the wooden handmade chair from the 14th century.

Master bedroom reminds more of a room with its homely materials and finishes, combining embossed parquet floor and tiles of Mutina Dechirer by Patricia Urquiola on the floor, teak wood in the shower area, inox and natural marble surfaces. Even though together, separated by the beautiful bath taps made from lalique, available in this lovely relax area are a lady’s and a gentleman’s part, in white for “her” and black for “him”, all complemented by magnificent Barovier & Toso spiral crystal chandelier on the ceiling and natural leather  in soft colors, covering the walls.

The black lacquered furniture, exotic leather, natural pure wool curtains and the paneled walls create timelessly elegance in the living room.

All floorings are finished with underfloor heating, and the control of external blinds, inside and outside lighting, heating and air-conditioning is performed by means of home automation system.

This glamorous penthouse is encompassed by open terraces  which give the home the feeling of infinity. The family house also has the benefits of a well-kept garden, double garage and a fitness.
